Up Up and Away,

Hi Everyone, It is now February 2nd 2010

We all began this new year at GO, so I hope you have done just that and left all of the past behind you. Building a new life, making new goals, and moving forward.

Are You Ready for Change?

We change our clothes and think nothing of it. We change our cars, our houses, our jobs, our partners and think nothing of it. Yet when it comes to changing our life, letting go of our negative past and building new positive memories, we seem to find it difficult.

Are you ready to renew you mind ?

Everything in life is simply a choice. Start to change your thinking. Rise up and free yourself from all your negative thoughts of self-doubt. It is just as easy to think I Can do this, rather than I cannot. It is just as easy to think thoughts of success, rather than failure. It is your choice.

Are you hungry in you Heart?

When you decide to open your heart, you will be able to free yourself from your negative past memories. Love yourself, Value yourself, and Define yourself. Who do you think you are? You are a special one of a kind human being. There is not another exactly like you. You are unique and special. You have Value ,Identity and a Purpose for your life. You are a V.I.P. You have the seeds of greatness inside of you just waiting to grow. Please don't stunt that growth by living in the past.

Are you ready to live your life from the inside.

There you will find your Divine Self, your own true self-trying to teach you all you need to know. Every answer is within you waiting for you to listen.

What do you want?

Whatever you want to do or see or accomplish while you are here on this earth, wherever you want to go, whatever you want to be. Make your plans today, take one-step and one action towards your new goal everyday, Do not focus on what you cannot change. Focus on your future and work towards it everyday. Do it now, Now is all there is, Now will never come again. Let your Past be your Past- At Last.

The divine order is that we move into wholeness at some point in our evolution, and of course, this evolution is determined by the choices we make every day. Whatever you choose to think, speak and work upon with diligence, enthusiasm, faith and belief will come to you. This is the law of attraction. Positivity is a necessity. As you think today, so it will become for you in your future.

Choose to be happy.

Happiness keeps you sweet. Trials keep you strong. Sorrows keep you human. Failures keep you humble. Success keeps you glowing, but only Faith keeps you going!

When you choose to live your life from your heart, you can learn to laugh without joy. Hear every beautiful sound of nature. To see fully the important things in life. To love more deeply and to see life more clearly, with honesty. To smile, hug and laugh from your heart with sincerity. To live in gratitude for every moment. To abstain from hurting anyone, in any way including yourself. To shine a little light on everyone you meet. To appreciate this wonderful, wondrous, awesome universe that we are privileged to live in. Count your blessings every day. The most wonderful, great things, big and small cannot be purchased for any amount of money. The best things in life are free.

Whatever you choose to think, speak and do each moment is your spiritual message. Are you listening to that quiet voice within? Every day we can be in our spiritual centre if we choose to go there. Acting from wisdom produces good work.

When we have belief, faith and trust in God. Miracles Happen.

There is much credence in Prayer and Meditation. Miracles Happen.

We all try to juggle our challenges while we continue to get on with eveyday responsibilities and we all try to learn lessons from them. But along life's journey, some challenges break us, we find it hard to deal with and recover from, and that is life. Always look on the bright side of life and move on.

May the words in my books, articles and C.Ds and DVDs,help you to improve your life is some small way, or awaken your spirit, cleanse your soul, renew your mind, heal your body and open wide your heart. May good things begin to just "Happen" in such a way, that they almost seem to fall right into your lap. This is my prayer for you.

All you have to do is, "Let Go Of The Past- At Last." and fly into your future. It is looking for you.
